Yes, if you do not see your town/city at checkout please email us info@elevatedrentalsri.com to see if we can accommodate your event.

No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play!

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. We generally set up early in the morning, but will reach out via text the week of your event to discuss what works best for you and our schedule.

Once we´ve set up, we do not give refunds for any reason including weather. If you, the Lessee, cancel your reservation for any reason other than weather Elevated Rentals forfeits your minimum payment, it will not be refunded. We will also work with you to reschedule your event if need be!

Your safety is our main concern. Cancelling 24 hours or less before the event will result in no refund, which is the entire balance of rental including the cleaning deposit. Please note it is not safe to set up in rain or winds over 20MPH. If your event is cancelled by you, the Lessee, or by Elevated Rentals due to weather your minimum payment will be held as a Raincheck, which is good tp use towards a future rental up to one year from cancellation.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the bounce house unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator.

All major credit cards. Final payment is due 48 hours before your event.

Yes, Elevated Rentals is fully licensed and insured.
